ProctorWrap Black Label (BL) is a two layer membrane consisting of a spun bonded polyester layer with a unique functional coating that offers improved resistance against UV and high temperatures up to 120°C. Developed primarily as a vapour permeable underlay for use under solar panels and in open joint rain screen applications, ProctorWrap Black Label offers a combination of durability and high water holdout without compromising vapour permeability.

ProctorWrap Black Label will help protect the building fabric and insulation from condensation and related problems such as mould, timber rot, corrosion and loss of thermal resistance. Unlike foil products, the high water vapour permeability of ProctorWrap Black Label allows for the controlled escape of water vapour from within the building whilst offering effective protection against wind driven rain, snow and dust for the lifetime of the building even in corrosive coastal environments.
